Briauncha Bangs, General Manager

Proud mother of three adorable children, a wife, and veteran of the United States Army. Serving six years in the National Guard, Briauncha had the opportunity in 2014 of being deployed to Afghanistan with the 871st  Troop Command with the 216th MP Company. Leaving her family, first born child at the age of one behind, for the first time to serve in a foreign country. During the time of her deployment, Briauncha was able to meet a lot of people and experience a different culture. This deployment taught Briauncha the importance of having a support group other than family. This time away from home was memorable in developing trusting relationships with peers and mentors that helped to build lasting connections that have assisted her in the growth and development of her military career. The experiences and knowledge gained from serving in the National Guard has brought Briauncha’s compassionate and servant’s heart to partner with the DIVAS Heart organization. Briauncha believes that having a family that is behind you and pushing you and encouraging you to be great, there is nothing that can stop the participants of the organization if they have a great support system. Briauncha enjoys working with like-minded individuals with the same goals to encourage, empower and inspire young women to fulfil their purpose and to love themselves from the inside out.
